A month and a half is a tremendously long time, especially as a winter break. While some students enjoy the time away from school, others find that the lengthy break shortens their spring break and hinders their chances of landing their preferred summer job. Unfortunately, there is no easy solution to switching the format of our academic calendar to the dismay of some students.
